In addition, Business Value Assessment helps discover your organizations' potential for the cloud and maps your motivations for cloud adoption into specific cloud capabilities in order to reach your desired state of transformation.

Azure Business Value Assessment is the first step in utilizing Microsoft Azure cloud services. Assessment is done by our expert team working fully working with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework so you can turn cloud adoption strategy into a fully operational cloud migration.

Agenda:

• Discovery (4 – 6 WK) - Customer cloud maturity assessment, defining business and technology

• Analysis (4 WK) - Perform detailed environment analysis

• Delivery (1 WK) - Final report presentation and recommendations discussion

Deliverables:

• Customer Environment Discovery results - report detailing Azure readiness for Windows and SQL Server, including a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis and migration plan

• Business Value Assessment report - Business motivations mapped with Business outcomes and justifications

• Business case for first cloud identified project
