Ensure secure collaboration by implementing document classification and file encryption.
Information Protection enables organizations to classify and protect or encrypt documents and emails. It minimizes the risk of unauthorized access to and uncontrolled flow of confidential business information outside of the company. By recognizing security-sensitive data and information critical to compliance with standards (e.g. GDPR - personal data, ID card number, social security number, etc.) combined with Office 365 functionalities and defined security policies, it is possible to increase control over sensitive information owned by the organization.
Scope of Information Protection implementation includes:
Preparing information classification and protection policies
Implementation of protection policies and testing
Drafting a end-users manual – on how to use the implemented solution
Setting up the Office 365 DLP service – setting up monitoring policies for predefined types of sensitive information (OIB, personal information, etc.) and customization for specific information monitoring in line with the client's requirements. It includes configuring the monitoring mode, which includes the monitoring of the travel of sensitive data types both within the Office 365 environment and towards external destinations.
