Customer Insights is a marketer-based management system which creates a unified customer database that is accessible to other systems.
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights offers two components: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) for personalized customer journeys, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data (formerly Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) for unifying and enriching customer data. It includes 10k Interacted People for Journeys and 100k Unified People for Data.
